Campus days. Good Days. Bad Days.
Dear Diary,
It's good to be back on campus.
I miss it, and I miss my friends.
I really hope this turns out to be a great semester.
Dear Diary,
Things are great so far.
I'm so happy I get to spend time with my friends,
and most of my classes are very cool!
Dear Diary,
I feel down. I feel lonely and stressed, and I've been quite sad these couple of days and can't seem to shake it off.
I have a lot of things to do but don't have the energy or motivation to complete them.
My friends have not been communicative lately, it seems like everyone is keeping to themselves.
I really miss home, I feel like there is no one here who I can talk to. I hope this doesn't last for so long.

Hey, how have you been? I haven't seen you lately.

Hmm, not so good.

is everything alright?

I'm having a couple of bad days:(

Oh, I'm sorry to hear that. But you know it doesn't have to be this way. Did you try reaching out to anyone?

Not really.

Would you consider counseling? You can always go to REACH's Nook hours as well.

...

If you're not ready for that, you can always do some self-care activities that could at least make you feel more grounded.

Slowly but surely, things started to get better once I started taking more care of myself and my needs and seeking support from outside.

You are who you are.
There are good days and bad days.
Some things we cannot change but we can change how we deal with them.
